The Mayor of Ross-on-Wye, Cllr Colin Gray and Mayoress, Mrs Anne Gray, cut the red ribbon in Gloucester Road, Ross-on-Wye, to mark the official opening of new office premises for Calendar Lady Promotions in the town.
Newlyweds at the time, Alison and Phil Clarke took over the running of the family business, Calendar Lady Promotions, when Phil’s Mother retired 12 years ago and ran it initially from the spare bedroom of their home in Upton Bishop.
As the business and the family grew in size Alison, and Phil moved to a larger property in Brampton Abbots, where the dining room became their office base and the business continued to grow.
“The acquisition of a local printing company three years ago and Alison’s more recent return to the travel industry with the launch of her own travel consultancy has meant that Calendar Lady Promotions has finally outgrown our home and made it necessary for us to move to our own office premises.” Said Phil Clarke. “Alison is delighted because she’s finally got her dining room back!”
The Mayor complements the couple on their hard work and wished then every success in their new office home.
Calendar Lady Promotions is the UK’s biggest independent supplier of promotional calendars and promotional merchandise and is located on the upper floor of 14 Gloucester Road, opposite Weatherspoon’s, in Ross-on-Wye.
