Ross Business Asscioation is encouraging residents and visitors of Ross-on-Wye to support local businesses during the festive season.

Chair of Ross Business Association Sue Williams saod: “Our independents are the heartbeat of Ross-on-Wye and they make up a large percentage of the overall retailers in the centre of town. They are hugely important to Ross-on-Wye’s economy and tourism offering—they attract visitors who are looking for a unique shopping experience and offer something different from the standard range of gifts and products supplied by the chains.”

She added: “Fortunately, we have very strong support network, from both the Ross Tourism Association and the Ross-on-Wye Town Council, and we all work together to ensure we profile this unique aspect of our beautiful market town. This is particularly important as we try and overcome the impact of the pandemic and we hope to remain resilient in the face of the pretty unsettling economic forecasts.”
