Madam, Following my letter two weeks ago it appears that the spirit of kindness has broken through in the Maltings.
On several visits recently strolling musicians have been playing to the apparent pleasure of shoppers passing by. Thank you to whoever is concerned for this change of heart-it is a kindness greatly appreciated.
