Those who regularly use the free public Car Park on Homs Road, in Ross-on-Wye, may have noticed that the available parking spaces have been cut by almost half.

The work to create the Council depot commenced on April 15th, and the area outside the fenced off section is what remains available as public parking. There will be some reconfiguration of part of the area to maximise the rest of the car parking spaces.

The Town Council Clerk told the Ross Gazette: “The fenced off area has created a compound for the Council’s operational activities and will be used for a variety of purposes.”
