Westbank Residential Home held their Macmillan Coffee Morning on Saturday, September 29th.
Activities coordinator, Laura Pugh, said: “We had a fantastic day and raised a phenomenal £205.34.”
All ages attended, from nine years old to 90. There was a raffle with an amazing range of prizes, all donated by the staff and the home itself.
Visitors played games, such as guess the length of the vegetable roll, and had ‘nasty or nice’ muffin roulette.
Westbank Residential Home Carer, Sue Smith, won chief baker with little Anna-maud Gren winning worst baker for her garlic and chilli muffins!
The home wish to send many thanks to all of the staff, residents and their families for a fun-filled and worthy day which raised vital funds for Macmillan.
