A new charity appeal has been launched to support victims of the recent floods caused by Storm Dennis.

The priority in the immediate aftermath of the floods will be to provide immediate straightforward financial support to people affected by the floods to help with urgent needs like the costs of living in temporary accommodation, or items to people so they could stay in their homes – eg costs of running dehumidifiers. This will be followed by ongoing support to those with continuing needs.
