A charity pool tournament will be held at TOP Q Pool and Snooker Centre in Gloucester on Saturday, January 25th in memory of former player Mel Merret.

A passionate pool player Mel sadly passed away on December 6th 2019, and money raised will be sent to Teckels Animal Sanctuary and Boarding in Whitminster, Gloucester.

Ross-on-Wye resident Shai Hardwick is one the players who will be competing in the event.

Anyone is welcome to come along and watch, with pool games also being livestreamed for people to watch on social media.
