Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing (TMW) classes return to Ross-on-Wye soon. TMW is a simple sequence of graceful movements and gestures designed to keep you relaxed, healthy and feeling well.

It allows you to rebalance your mind and body, particularly beneficial if you’ve lost confidence or suffer from stress. TMW enables you to improve your flexibility, balance, and your core strength.

You’ll learn the sequence in just eight classes, and once it’s yours, it’s a gift for life. You’ll be given a DVD and leaflet to support you to continue your journey into improved health and wellbeing.

A free taster session will be held on Thursday, October 4th at the Larruperz Centre in Ross-on-Wye, from 10.45-11.45. There’s no need to book – just come along and see for yourself. Classes will begin the following week.
