The next Ross-on-Wye Carnival Princess will be chosen on May 8th at the Larruperz Centre, from 2pm. Girls aged between 6 and 12 years will be able to take part in the selection.

Traditionally the girls who take part in the competition are invited to join the Carnival Princess on her float, at the carnival, which this year takes place on Saturday, August 6th, to travel through the streets of Ross waving at the crowds.

The Carnival Princess is also invited to attend several other events during the year such as the Country Music Festival and the Christmas Carnival.
