An outstanding £515 was raised for St Michael’s Hospice at Wilton Court’s coffee morning, which was held on Saturday, November 14th.

The coffee morning was held in memory of Andrew Campey, who landscaped the gardens at the Wilton?Court in Ross-on-Wye so beautifully. Mr Campey passed away in September this year, and spent some time in St Michael’s Hospice before he died.

Roger and Helen Wynn are the owners at Wilton Court. Helen told the Ross Gazette: “He (Mr Campey) was a lovely man, we went to visit him while he was in St Michael’s Hospice, and that’s why we wanted to raise money for them, it’s such a lovely place, I can’t say enough about it.”

“I’d like to say a special thanks to Vin Sullivan for supplying the Danish pastries and James Gourmet Coffee for the coffee,” Helen added.

A raffle was also held. Raffle prizes were donated by several local companies.
