THE ever-popular Coffee#1 has revealed the evolving habits of the coffee drinker, with an estimated 100 million coffees served over the past 25 years – equating to 40 Olympic-sized swimming pools of coffee.
The stats for the Ross-on-Wye shop, on the corner of Market Place and Gloucester Road reveal that the most popular time for ordering a coffee is between 11am and 11.30am.
The store’s most popular drink order is a regular latte while the most popular breakfast order is a Portuguese Tart.
Coffee#1 has also crunched the numbers on a quarter of a century in the UK, which has revealed some startling coffee-drinking stats.
The brand has served an estimated 28,000 coffees served every day, and 100 million coffees in 25 years,
As part of the anniversary celebrations, Coffee#1 will be giving away free cake in stores nationwide on April 3 whilst also launching a brand-new drink - the limited-edition Birthday Fudge Mocha.

The store in Ross opened in July 2022, after a search that lasted eight years, and is located in the building that was once home to the NatWest Bank.
