During the past year there has been a massive increase in young footballers donning the traditional Ross red and white strip and joining Ross Juniors' Football Club, a Chartered Standard Club. For the first time the club is even set to start a girl's team.

The club's rapid growth has seen the club recognised by the Football Association as the prestigious West Midland Chartered Club of the Year. This is an enormous achievement for a club which does not own its own facilities.

The club is based at the playing fields behind Ross Rowing Club and this is where they train and play their competitive games in the Herefordshire Junior League.
