Ross Town Council has been given 'a once in a lifetime' opportunity to take on and run some of the buildings, open spaces and services in the town. The Ross Town Councillors are united in their belief that the benefits of this transfer outweigh the disadvantages.

They feel that they can use the assets to provide a better service for Ross, its residents and visitors, although they accept that there will be costs involved which would have to be met by Ross Town Council tax payers.
