A MITCHELDEAN woman is to stand trial later next month alongside another woman, accused of assaulting a third woman and causing her actual bodily harm last year.

It is alleged that Aimee Wallis-Ellis, aged 37, of Spout Lane, Mitcheldean, and Hannah O’Hara, aged 39, of Oak Way, Littledean, committed the assault together in Cinderford on July 10, 2025.

At Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court this week, the two defendants were bailed to await trial on Tuesday, October 13.

They were told however, that there will be an earlier hearing, on Wednesday, October 7, for a special measures application to be made by the Crown and that if they wish to contest it they should attend.
