A man left court after being banned from contacting a woman only to go straight to her home and breach the order.
Lukasc Kucinski of Old Market Close, Ross-on-Wye, was jailed for six months after Kidderminster magistrates heard he breached the ban imposed a week last Tuesday (May 17) later that day.
The 39-year-old admitted breaking the restraining order when he tried to persuade her to stay with him at a homeless hostel in Hereford.
He also breached the ban the following day at a Ross address, when he called her names, the court was told.
Magistrates said breaching an order so soon after it had been made was a serious offence and a “flagrant disregard” of court orders.
Kucinski was further banned from contacting the victim directly or indirectly for two years and must also pay a £128 victim surcharge.
