THE sun shone on the huge crowds who filled the streets of Ross to cheer the Carnival procession on Saturday.

This happy group was ready to walk off with one of the top prizes at the Carnival. They are all members of the Walking Bus at Ashfield Park School and entered as the Ashfield Tribe.

The hardworking committee saw their plans fulfilled in grand style as crowds turned out to enjoy the parade and the fun at the Ropewalk. The Sunshine Radio bus entertained the crowds along with the Blues Brothers tribute act and the Bill Bailey Jazz Band.
