Emma Jane BISHOP has been served with a CRASBO following her conviction for Threatening Behaviour on New Year's Eve, December 31st, 2010.

Bishop pleaded guilty and was dealt with at Hereford Magistrates Court where she was fined £50 and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge.

She was also given a two year CRASBO which means she cannot visit the centre of Ross between 11pm and 6am on a Friday and Saturday evening. She must not be seen carrying any open containers of alcohol in a public place within the county of Herefordshire, be found drunk in a public place as defined by a map she has been given or behave in an anti-social manner likely to cause harassment alarm or distress to any person in the area defined on the map.
