Abigail Wilson is so proud of her dad and his determination to make the most out of life she has shared a picture with the Gazette. Abigail, who was brought up in Ross, now lives in Dubai where she works as a secondary school teacher, her father, Jim Wilson still lives in Station Street. 

Abigail’s parents visited recently and celebrated Jim’s 70th birthday at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant, the Bread Street Kitchen. They were lucky enough to meet Gordon who wished Jim a happy birthday. Abigail told the Ross Gazette that: “Dad had a wail of a time and was the first to hit the dance floor outside where there was a band playing. Bread Street Kitchen filmed my dad busting out some ‘dad dancing’ moves and it has been shared on social media. Dad has been described as a legend and the video has currently been viewed over 27,000 times. We believe my dad is an inspiration - he lives his life to the full and always looks on the bright side of life!
