Dead ducks found tied to a tree in Ross-on-Wye

Local resident, Stephen Holder, was distressed to find two dead ducks hanging from a tree over the River Wye near the Hope and Anchor this morning, Monday, January 6th.

The ducks, one male and one female, have ropes tied around their necks, with both of them tied together to the tree.UPDATE: The ducks have now been removed.
