PROPOSED changes to the political outline of Ross were discussed yesterday (Tuesday, September 9th) at a meeting of the Audit & Governance Committee of Herefordshire Council. The Ross Community Governance review proposes that the existing parishes of Ross Rural and Ross Town are disbanded and a new single parish, with a new Ross Parish Council is instituted.
