A ceremony was held at a full church last Sunday at Hope Mansell to commemorate the completion of four years work. A team from the Ross branch of the Decorative Fine Arts Society (DFAS) has spent this time compiling a fully comprehensive record of the furnishings of St Michael's Church.
A member of the recording team, Lyle Walker, presented Lady North, also a member of the team and a Church Warden, with a bound volume of the records.
Other copies will be lodged with Hereford Cathedral, the V&A Museum and the National Records office.
Ross DFAS has now commenced work at Foy church.
