The letter from Simon Cropper regarding dog owners who clear up after their pets then leave the mess in plastic bags hanging in trees struck a chord with Charlotte Bailey. She contacted the paper after reading the letter last week to say that she had been so incensed by this stupidity that she had even set up a facebook page to raise awareness of how unpleasant it is.
?'Stupid Dog Walkers' contains pictures of some of the most beautiful areas around Ross which have been defaced by the addition of these plastic bags. She said: "I just want people to know how ridiculous they are. If they cannot clear up after their dogs and dispose of the mess properly it would be better to leave it where it is."
