MADAM, Respect for the people who walk the paths and lanes behind the irresponsible dog walkers is what is missing here.

In my opinion the person who scoops up dog waste, then conveniently loses it, is worse than the person who walks on regardless after seeing their dog fouling.

I wish Councillor Atkinson all the best and to all dog walkers say show respect to people who walk the paths and lanes behind you.
