The Linton Summer Sessions are brought to you by Gemma and Dan Evans of The Alma Inn, the multi award winning C.A.M.R.A. real ale and great food pub. The Linton Summer Sessions has everything you could wish for in a family day out. Organised for and by locals to raise money for local charities and to promote community.

Expecting visitors from Ross-on-Wye and Newent, and all villages in between, the Summer Sessions is in its 9th year and is going from strength to strength and is a credit to the people of Linton. 

First and foremost is the great musical line up, six well established bands including Dream Pretty, The Other Crowd, Answer back, Mystic Pearl along with The Odd Fellows, Red River Blues, Fired Up and the headline act, Kyla Brox. The talent and experience on show will be second to none, Kyla as the headliner is known as one of the finest in her field in the world, and indeed won 1st place in the European Blues Challenge in the Azores in 2019 out of 24 bands. The music will drift in and out of pop-rock, blues and soul seamlessly providing the soundtrack to a perfectly sunny summers day. Organised by the Bertenshaw family Adam, Mike and Sue have been working hard to present the finest acts possible. 

There will be lots of fun to be had for all ages,  kids will enjoy an all day bouncy castle, ice cream van and face painting and a joke competition. There will also be a raffle drawn early evening, sponsored by The Village of Linton Trust, (V.O.L.T) who will be organising refreshments throughout the day with a variety of lovely cakes to be washed down with tea and coffee just in case the vast array of fabulous Ales and Ciders are not tempting. 

Food is provided by the accomplished Cornwalls butchers of Ross-on-Wye, the mobile event catering Perfect Pig Roast will offer BBQ and Burritos boasting vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
