Richard Albert Watkins, 68, from Ross-on-Wye, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Tudor Rise on February 22nd, 2018.

He was fined £110, ordered to pay a surcharge of £30 to fund victim services, and £135 to pay to the Crown Prosecution Service.

He has also been disqualified for holding or obtaining a licence for 20 months.
