Talib Hussain of Birmingham was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20, to pay costs of £80 to the Crown Prosecution Service and to have his driving licence endorsed with three points, following an incident in Mill Pond Street, Ross-on-Wye on July 25th.
Hussain was charged with driving without due care and attention when his car rolled forward and damaged another vehicle. He pleaded guilty on the basis that no damage was caused. This will be decided by the civil courts.
Mr Mohammad M Anwar interpreted in this case which was heard at Herefordshire Magistrate’s Court on July 25th.
