Gorsley Goffs sent a team to compete in a Debating Competition hosted by Ashfield Park Primary School recently.

It was the first time that Gorsley had entered a team so they went with open minds ready to debate hard, and were thrilled to win.

Gorsley were up against five other teams. All teams needed to build a convincing case for the motion, make quick decisions and think on their feet under pressure.

The Gorsley team just became more and more confident as the completion progressed and walked away as the winning team.
