Year Six pupils up and down the country and across Ross-on-Wye are feeling a mix of emotions as they enjoy their last few days at their primary schools.
Brampton Primary School and Bridstow Primary School had their celebratory farewell on the evening of Wednesday, July 17th, where the pupils dressed up, had fun, and enjoyed one last party together.
Memories and aspirations were shared at Walford Primary School on Thursday, July 18th at what was their last whole school assembly together, with tearful parents too.
Both laughter and tears were shared as the pupils performed poems, songs, were given awards for significant aspects of their time at school, from best attendance to sportsperson of the year.
Photos of the children from all of these events will be in this week’s Ross Gazette.
