PUPILS from several local primary schools have been practising hard and getting very excited about the opportunity to sing in front of a huge audience at an arena concert.

The pupils from Brampton Abbotts, Gorsley Goffs, Ashfield Park and St Joseph’s Schools in Ross-on-Wye are taking part in a series of concerts at the Genting Arena in Birmingham.

Gorsley pupils will leave school at 11am on Friday and not return until 11pm that evening. However, they are all very excited and looking forward to taking part.

St Joseph’s RC School choir were taking part on Tuesday, January 24th and pupils from Brampton Abbotts and Ashfield Park Schools are taking part next week.
