The annual Peace Poster competition organised by the Lions Club in Ross and the art department at John Kyrle High School was won this year by the talented Ellie Lown.

In second place was Lizzie Sadler-Jones and Emily Harris was third. There were also several highly commended entries which were all on display at Ross Library for the prize presentaton on Tuesday, January 12th.

President of the Lions, David Ravenscroft presented the trophy to Ellie and cash awards to the other winners. He also presented a cheque for £300 as a thank you to the art department for the school’s support.
