Madam, I wonder if this is just a scam on me, a pensioner, or is it something common to others in Ross. Throughout January I have had a number of curious emails from banks and building societies which I trashed.

For example, on January 31st from Santander, subject, Attention: Account Alert at 13.32. Then a New Important security message 17.12. on February 1st from Santnander (sic) subject 'Important information about your account.'
