Madam, I write with regard to a letter published in the Ross Gazette of April 20th, 'Welcome support for young people.' Can I please ask the manager of December House if any of the local residents, councillors and organisations who she thanks for supporting the project live anywhere near the building. I suspect not..
As a neighbour yet again I have been woken at 1.15am by excessively loud music. I am told there are strict guide lines for the young people who live in the building and playing music at unsociable hours is not permitted . However quite clearly the residents live by their own rules and not the management's.
If I am expected to be tolerant and considerate of these people surely I can expect the same of them.
