Two women were in Ross-on-Wye town centre on Friday, February 19th, raising local awareness for Christian faith healing sessions they plan to hold in the town next month.
Dr Alison Brown, accompanied by Sue Wiseman, will be holding a Miracle Healing Workshop in Ross, at the Kings Head Hotel on Friday. March 4th, at 11am.
Dr Brown, an Evangelist, told the Ross Gazette that both herself and Ms Wiseman are born again Christians. She added that she became a Christian in 1991, and three years later, she says she began receiving visions and prophesies from God, instructing her where to go to help people.
Dr Brown has been to countries all over the world to preach a Christian message, and believes she uses prayer to heal the wounded and the sick.
Dr Brown and Ms Wiseman have also run faith healing sessions in Gloucester, which is where both women come from. In one of these sessions, both women claim a man who had been reliant on a Zimmer frame, was able to walk and dance unaided, after Dr Brown healed him through prayer.
“Jesus prayed for people,” she told the Ross Gazette, “he healed the sick, and preached ‘freely you have received, and now go and do the same for others,’ and that is what you are supposed to do as a Christian.”
