The commemorative bench will include a memorial plaque dedicated to all those who served in the Falklands including Private Timothy Jenkins, Welsh Guardsman Gareth Griffiths and Welsh Guardsman Colin Parsons. The bench that was situated there before, in memory of a local resident, has been removed to be repaired.See this week’s paper for more stories like this, available in shops and as a Digital Edition now.
