Balfour Beatty and local Councillors have worked together in the recent spell of bad weather to clear trees that have created safety problems on Ross' Town and Country trail.

In the space of ten days two trees fell obstructing the path, which would have created a trip hazard for dog walkers at night.

Councillor Andrew Atkinson has reported that after he contacted Balfour Beatty, they were prompt in removing the trees.
