A mother swan and her family of cygnets caused quite a disturbance in Ross-on-Wye last week when they decided to take a walk along Millpond Street.

They left their home on a lake, near to Morrisons’ supermarket, for the adventure which brought traffic to a standstill. Luckily kindly passers by stopped to make sure the swan and her babies ended safely back in the water.
