Dog lovers in Ross-on-Wye have signed up to a social media campaign, which hopes to reunite a family with their lost white and liver male springer spaniel, Max.

The family, who live in Malvern, were visiting relations in Bishops Frome over Christmas. Eight-year-old Max went missing on Christmas day. The family are distraught and are searching relentlessly for him. More than 6,500 people have since joined the Let’s get Max home! Facebook campaign.

Not only has this online search been helping in the search for Max, but it has also been reuniting other springer spaniels with the owners.
