Madam, please may I take this opportunity, as a resident of Ross, to thank all the members of the Association of Ross Traders and the community volunteers for an absolutely fantastic May Fayre on Saturday (May 12th). All their hard work, some starting at 5:30am and finishing at 7:00pm was truly appreciated by everyone I talked to.

I would especially like to congratulate David McGregor (ART chairman) who has put in many hours planning, liaising with all and sundry, filling in forms and generally organising the whole event.

It was wonderful to see the people of Ross and beyond having fun, supporting their town and showing what a great place this is to live and work.

l for one,will do my best to support our town traders as much as possible by shopping in their stores as without them days like Saturday will be a dim and distant memory.
