Bryan Mason, Managing Director of the Safety Shack on the Haigh Industrial Estate in Alton Road in Ross-on-Wye, has thanked the fire crews who worked ’bravely and tirelessly’ to contain what was a major incident. The company is extremely thankful that no-one was injured during the incident

He is also grateful to everyone who has come forward with offers of help but said there is little that can be done at the moment. The company is currently working with their insurers and their landlords at Haigh and hope to resume trading as soon as possible.

Their online store forms the bulk of the business and they will continue to operate in this way.
