A former John Kyrle High School student who grew up in Ross-on-Wye has released a series of outdoorsy word search books.
Returning to Ross after 10 years of living in London, due to covid, Claire Jenkins rediscovered her love of Herefordshire, surprised at how many things there were to do and see that could amaze her on her doorstep.
Those new adventures took Claire to find all of the trig points in Herefordshire and clock up hundred of boot miles.
Claire told the Gazette: “Having benefited so much from the outdoors I wanted to help others discover more of their home county, so I created a series of word search books by county based on the outdoors and adventure Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, and Herefordshire.”
