THIS STRIKING three-wheeled visitor to Ross drew admiring glances when it parked in Broad Street last Wednesday. The car has clinker-built bodywork on a chassis and running gear taken from a Citroën 2CV; its owner and maker is Topher Dawson, a boatbuilder based in Scoraig in (coincidentally enough) Ross-shire.
