Free cycle lessons are available for adults (16+) that are living, working or studying in Herefordshire, including Ross and district.

You can have one-to-one cycle lesson with professional instructors, and learn on your local routes and roads. All ability levels are welcome and sessions can cover everything from guidance on choosing a suitable bike, advice on route selection, or comprehensive training in all elements of road cycling. Bikes can be supplied.
