Storm Frank, which is expected to hit the UK tonight, is expected to bring even more flooding around the country.

It is expected to rain all day tomorrow (Wednesday, December 30th) in Ross-on-Wye, and a lot of rain is expected to fall within a short space of time.

In Wales, even more rainfall is expected, which could cause the River Wye to rise once again.
