The summer holidays have arrived and Ross Rugby Football Club is running their annual Rugby Summer Camp.

This year’s Summer Camp is being run in association with Era Fit Training on Wednesday, August 3rd and Thursday, August 4th from 9.30am – 3.00pm.

The camp is for children aged from six years to 14 years and will cost £40 per child for the two days, and sibling deals are available. This includes lunch and offers exceptional value.

The Camp will incorporate a combination of skill improvement and fun and offers a unique opportunity for those who want to try the game to have a go.

It will include Tag Rugby, Contact Rugby (for those of the correct age), fun games, skills and techniques and elements of nutrition education.

The camp is designed and will be professionally delivered by the Ross on Wye RFC coaches, safe guarding staff and Davy McGregor from Era-Fit Training.

Davy has been playing professional rugby for the past 10 years and has competed in the Championship, Aviva premiership, pro12, National 1 and Scottish Premiership. He set up his coaching and sports performance business in 2009 to grow alongside his rugby.

To book a place at the Summer Camp please contact Adrian Osborne, either via email: [email protected], or by phone on 01989 720143.

Junior rugby resumes at Ross during the first weekend in September, offering rugby for all from age four years upwards.
