It was another weekend of stunning achievement for the Ross Club. This time it was the turn of the senior squads, who were competing over 1000m at National Masters Regatta at Holme Pierre Point Nottingham. The club had three crews taking part, Mens masters "D" coxed IV of Robin Fletcher, Mark Sleeman, Phil Davies, Fred Jones and Emily Morris Coxing. For the ladies Alison Barker, Annie Williams, Sarah Sykes, Nikki Wild and Syke Jenkins were competing in Ladies Masters D Coxed IV's. The final crew was a Ladies Masters D 8+ made up of Sharon Finch, Elaine Powell, Jane Davies, Sally Pettifer, Sheron Dean -Lucas, Karen Blackwood, Pam Ball, Debbie Bullock coxed by rowing debutante Sally Hoddell.
