MADAM, Regretfully the PVC street advertising banner belonging to Ross Floral Society is nowhere to be seen! Can anyone help?
The 24 ft banner hung across Broad Street, was taken down on Sunday, November 14th by the contractors installing the Town's Christmas lights. Unfortunately the banner was merely left by the side of the road and has not been seen since.
