Madam, There seems to be some arguments about the culling of wild life around Ross and the Forest of Dean. I am in no way opposed to the cull of the wild boar, but what happens to the meat obtained from these beasts? If they can turn the turf over as good as a man-made tractor, ARE they not fit enough to eat? And I believe in these hard times this meat should be given to the elderly and poorer families in genuine need. I have paid to eat boar at local inns, and, as my dad used to say, the only thing you can't eat on a pig is its squeal.
