A family owned residential home in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire achieved a ‘Good’ overall rating from CQC at the end of last month, following an unannounced inspection.

West Bank Residential Home is owned by Buckland Care, a small group of nursing and residential homes. The Care Quality Commission rated West Bank as ‘Good’ in all five sections of the glowing report.
