Tim Jefferies, 26, is a local father who runs a plastering and building business in Ross-on-Wye. He ran the Forest of Dean Half-Marathon on Sunday, March 28th, which was his first half-marathon.
With a knee braced, and 'hopping' slightly, due to a knee injury sustained a few weeks ago, at the gruelling May Hill Massacre run, he ran the course, with his son Riley there at the half-way mark to cheer him on with a, "Daddy running! Go Daddy, go!"
Tim says, "It's been a real pleasure to have friends and family support me to raise over £300 for our local family support organisation, Home-Start Herefordshire. It's also had such an impact on my son, who has been enjoying 'running like Daddy' in the garden at every opportunity since."
