MADAM, I hope that by writing to you I can pass on my thanks to the Canadian gentleman, a visitor to the area and staying with relatives, who picked up and handed in to Ross Police Station, the purse that I had accidentally dropped on Bull's Hill, Walford on Sunday afternoon last.
